Do You Really Know Yourself?

I have an important question that I want to ask you that I really want you to reflect upon is, do you truly know yourself? One of the greatest challenges people face isn’t external—it’s internal. It’s not the world that holds them back; it’s their lack of self-awareness. James 1:23-24 tells us that if we don’t know ourselves, we’re like a person who looks in the mirror and forgets their reflection.

Think about that. How can you grow if you don’t know who you are? How can you work on yourself if you haven’t taken the time to understand what makes you tick? What triggers you? What inspires you? What throws you off course?

Many people go through life reacting instead of responding—simply because they haven’t done the work to knowthemselves. But here’s the truth: When you take time to connect with your inner self, you unlock the ability to navigate challenges, make wise decisions, and move with confidence.

So today, I challenge you: Take a step back. Do the inner work. Pay attention to your patterns, your habits, and your reactions. The better you know yourself, the stronger, wiser, and more resilient you become.

Your next level requires a deeper level of self-awareness. Are you ready to look in the mirror and truly see yourself?

You got this!
